Integral Commitment, Irrevocability and Irretractability. This COMMITMENT constitutes the entire agreement between the PARTIES with respect to its subject matter, superseding any and all prior agreements and understandings between the PARTIES, oral or written. The present COMMITMENT and the obligations established herein are contracted on an irrevocable and irreversible basis, not allowing for any type of regret, rescission or cancellation, except in the cases of rescission expressly established therein
