INTEGRATED PROMOTIONAL PLACEMENTS. In addition to the Impressions described above, MP shall receive integrated Promotions within the ICQ Service, as more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Integrated Placements"). Except to the extent expressly described herein, such integration into the ICQ Service shall be subject to standard ICQ policies on partner integration. Except to the extent expressly described herein, the exact form, placement, integration and nature of such Promotions shall be determined by ICQ in it's reasonable editorial discretion.
