Integration of Terms. The terms of this agreement shall be in accordance with the Request of Proposal (RFP) and any amendments to the RFP and the proposal submitted by the FSMC, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event contradictory statements are contained in the RFP, the FSMC proposal and this agreement, the following order of precedence shall apply: the RFP, FSMC proposal, SPONSOR-FSMC contract.
