Integration Plan. The Contractor shall submit to ASES, for its review and approval, an Integration Plan incorporating the elements in this Article 8, according to the timeframe specified in Attachment 12 to this Contract.
Integration Plan. In order to achieve the significant benefits that the Parties anticipate, including improved coordination of patient care services, reduction in the duplication of resources, enhanced access to capital markets and other efficiencies and cost savings, increased access to specialized health care markets, and other clinical and educational benefits, the Parties shall adhere to the post-Closing integration plan (the “Integration Plan”) set forth herein as Exhibit E, including its target implementation timetables.

Integration Plan. The Parent shall direct its representatives no later than two (2) weeks subsequent to the date hereof to present as fully developled a plan as commercially reasonably possible with respect to the integration of the business of the Company with the Parent to the Company’s management (the “Integration Plan”). The Integration Plan shall, at a minimum, identify (i) Parent’s overall integration strategy, (ii) functional areas that are not critical to the initial integration period, (iii) integration initiatives and synergy identification by functional area, (iv) integration focus areas and (v) the integration management team that will provide centralized oversight and coordination of the Integration Plan. Parent and the Company shall cooperate and use their reasonable combined efforts to implement the Integration Plan prior to Closing.
Integration Plan. OHSU and Legacy Health shall, consistent with all applicable Legal Requirements and under the guidance of their respective counsel, develop a plan to guide the post-Closing integration of the pre-Closing Legacy Health facilities and operations into OHSU (the “Integration Plan”). The Integration Plan shall reflect implementation of best practices relating to the sharing of certain back office functions, including, but not limited to, revenue cycle, supply chain, information technology, human resources, finance, risk management, legal and audit/compliance, as well as the possible migration to a single instance of Epic and conforming other material information technology systems to a uniform system across all combined system facilities and entities over time. The Integration Plan will be fully developed by the Parties between the Execution Date and the Closing Date. Attached as Exhibit E is a summary of the process for developing and finalizing the Integration Plan that OHSU and Legacy Health have mutually developed as of the Execution Date (the “Integration Plan Process Summary”). To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and the Integration Plan or the Integration Plan Process Summary, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
Integration Plan. Integration Architecture: Adopts a centralized integration architecture based on an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), where all integrations with external systems are managed and implemented through the ESB. The ESB acts as the core integration layer, responsible for coordinating data exchange and business process orchestration among systems. Integration Platform Selection: Choose MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as the integration platform, with the following advantages: ● Cloud-native architecture, supports containerized deployment. ● Based on Mule ESB core, provides visual integration flow development. ● Supports numerous connectors, easily integrating various applications and systems. ● API management function, achieving the full lifecycle management of API design, testing, and publishing. ● Anypoint Exchange provides pre-built connector and template assets. ● High compliance and security, supporting OAuth, two-way SSL, etc. Integration Implementation: ● Data Integration: Uses MuleSoft batch job connectors for data synchronization and ETL transformation. ● API Integration: Exposes application APIs through API gateway for other systems to call. ● Event-Driven Integration: Uses MuleSoft message queue connectors to interface with Xxxxx/RabbitMQ, supporting event-driven architecture. ● B2B Integration: MuleSoft B2B Connector supports multiple industry-standard protocols like EDI, AS2, etc. ● IoT Integration: Connects IoT devices, collects, and processes sensor data. Integration Scenarios Examples: ● Integrating with CRM cloud marketing services to obtain marketing leads and campaign data. ● Integrating with electronic signature systems to support online contract signing. ● Integrating with identity authentication services to provide single sign-on functionality. Integration Plan. If the Development is comprised of both market rate and low income units, and consists of more than one building, an Integration Plan which outlines the distribution of low and very low income households and families throughout the Development, will be submitted by the Owner and approved by IHDA prior to initial closing. Agent must comply with and implement the Integration Plan, which is referenced in Section VI. of the Management Plan Requirement Outline. (The Integration Plan is not required for those developments which receive Low Income Housing Tax Credits.)
Integration Plan. MCA-Lesotho will draft, implement and monitor a Program-wide gender integration plan (“Gender Integration Plan”) to ensure compliance, optimum program design and maximum beneficiary impact across all Compact Project activities. This Gender Integration Plan will include, as appropriate, recommendations for meaningful and inclusive consultations with women and other vulnerable and underrepresented groups; project-specific gender analyses; and strategies for incorporating findings of the gender analyses into final Project designs. MCA-Lesotho will also hire a full-time, dedicated social/gender specialist for the entire term of this Compact to ensure that social safeguards are fully integrated into the design, terms of references, work plans and monitoring and evaluation plans, and to ensure that all Project activities in every aspect of the Program are compliant with the gender policy delivered by MCC to the Government or posted by MCC on its website or otherwise publicly made available, as the policy may be amended from time to time (the “MCC Gender Policy”), and with the rights afforded to married women in the 2006 Legal Capacity of Married Persons Act.
