Common use of Integrity and Ethical Conduct Clause in Contracts

Integrity and Ethical Conduct. Contractor acknowledges and understands that Owner is committed to have the Work performed in accordance with the highest ethical standards applicable to, or governing, the conduct of construction practices. In furtherance thereof, Contractor hereby agrees to comply with and observe all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations, requirements, trade standards and ethical guidelines governing said conduct.
