Intellectual Property Restrictions. All materials or intellectual property provided to you in connection with the Services (“Materials”) are protected intellectual property of ProPay or its third party providers. You shall not (and shall not permit any agent or third party) to: (a) copy all or any portion of any Materials; (b) decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding a contractual obligation to the contrary) the Services or Materials, or any portion thereof, or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques used or embodied in the Services or any Materials or any portion thereof; (c) modify, translate, or otherwise create any derivative works based upon the Services or any Materials; (d) distribute, disclose, market, rent, lease, assign, sublicense, pledge, or otherwise transfer the Services or any Materials, in whole or in part, to any third party; or (e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels appearing on the Services or in any Materials.
Intellectual Property Restrictions. Nothing within any of the material and content of the eBill Service shall be construed as conferring any license under any of your Health Plan’s or other third party's intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, waiver, or otherwise. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that all material and content of the eBill Service is protected by United States copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights of the company, its licensors, and/or service providers. Except as expressly provided to the contrary, you agree not to modify, alter, or deface any of the trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property made available by your Health Plan in connection with the eBill Service. You agree not to use any of the trademarks, service marks or other material and content accessible through the eBill Service for any purpose other than the purpose for which such material and content is made available to you by the company. You agree not to defame your Health Plan, the trademarks or service marks of your Health Plan, or any aspect of the eBill Service. You agree not to adapt, translate, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the eBill Service or any software or programs used in connection with the eBill Service.
Intellectual Property Restrictions. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Space Club owns all trademarks or logos in relation to the NFT(s) and has no right to use such trademarks or logos.

Intellectual Property Restrictions. The Product contains information that is copyrighted and more generally, contains the proprietary information and trade secrets belonging exclusively to Licensor. You herein agree that the title to the Product and all copies are retained by Licensor or its licensors. You agree that you are solely responsible for any data you, your agents, or affiliates upload to the Products, including any damages resulting from misappropriation or misuse or mishandling of any such data, such as third party data privacy violations or data breaches. You further agree that you are in compliance with all data privacy and security laws and regulations applicable to the data uploaded to the Product and shall indemnify and hold harmless Licensor for any damages arising from the disclosure of confidential or regulated personal information of third parties. You shall use the Product for your own internal uses in the ordinary course of business as per the terms of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (i) you will not, and will not permit any third party to, sublicense, rent, copy, modify, create derivative works of, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce to human perceivable form all or any part of the Product and
Intellectual Property Restrictions. Xxxxxx’x name, trademarks, logo and graphics files that represent this Application shall not be used in any way to promote products developed with this Software. This Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material. The Licensee shall not deliver, disclose, or convey to any third party, either directly or indirectly, the contents of this Software. The Licensee shall not, nor attempt to, alter or remove any proprietary rights or copyrights notice or identification which indicates Xxxxxx’x ownership of this Software. The Licensee shall not create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from this Software in whole or in part. Riedel retains the sole and exclusive ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to this Software and all intellectual property rights relating thereto.
