INTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL FOR WOMEN AND CHLDREN. (ASAM Level 3.5 Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential Services) 1. Adhere to TAC and SUD UM Guidelines applicable to intensive services requirements. 2. Adhere to TAC requirements applicable to Treatment Services for Women and Children. 3. As part of education hours, Grantee will provide: i. A minimum of two (2) hours per week of evidence-based parenting education and document these services; and ii. A minimum of six (6) hours of reproductive health education within thirty (30) Service Days of admission and document these services. F. RESIDENTIAL DETOXIFICATION / WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT (ASAM LEVEL 3.7 MEDICALLY MONITORED WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT) Grantee shall: 1. Adhere to TAC requirements for detoxification services. 2. Adhere to the SUD UM Guidelines for detoxification services. 3. Adhere to the following additional service delivery requirements: i Document in CMBHS a Withdrawal Management Intake Form. ii Document in CMBHS a discharge plan prior to discharge or transfer. iii Document in CMBHS a discharge follow-up no more than ten (10) calendar days after discharge from withdrawal management services.
