Intent of Contract Documents. a. The intent of this Agreement is to include in the contract price the cost of all labor and materials, water, fuel, tools, plants, equipment, light, transportation, and any other expenses that may be necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work included in the Agreement. b. In interpreting the Agreement, words describing materials that have a well-known technical or trade meaning shall be construed in accordance with such well known meanings unless otherwise specifically defined
