The references to the parties' obligations, which are contained in this document, are intended to supplement or clarify the obligations as stated in the RFX and the Contractor’s Response. The failure of the parties to make reference to the terms of the RFX or the Contractor’s Response in this document shall not be construed as creating a conflict and will not relieve the Contractor of the contractual obligations imposed by the terms of the RFX and the Contractor’s Response. The contractual obligations of the State Entity cannot be implied from the Contractor’s Response.
