Intent of References to Bid Documents. The references to the parties' obligations, which are contained in this Contract, are intended to supplement or clarify the obligations as stated in the RFP and the Bid Proposal. The failure of the parties to make reference to the terms of the RFP or the Bid Proposal in this Contract shall not be construed as creating a conflict and will not relieve the Contractor of the contractual obligations imposed by the terms of the RFP and the Contractor’s Bid Proposal. The contractual obligations of the County cannot be implied from the Bid Proposal.
