Intent of Services a. The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth in this contract. b. The Contractor’s primary responsibility is to provide services to meet the language access and technical assistance (TA) requirements as outlined in this Contract. c. The Contractor’s primary responsibilities are more specifically described below.
Intent of Services. Xxxxxx Care Assessment Program services are to provide assessments and consultations for children and youth identified by DCYF according to eligibility requirements set forth below. Services performed by the Contractor shall include follow-up as needed to assist the DCYF Social Service Specialist to implement a permanent plan, and to help meet the needs of the child and family through provision of direct services and referral of the family to community resources.

Intent of Services. The intent of the services is to provide a collaborative research effort to understand the reentry needs and challenges for individuals exiting Juvenile Rehabilitation in Washington State. The overall objective of the work is to explore the current reentry planning processes and practices to better understand the needs and challenges youth and young adults up to age 25 released face when leaving juvenile rehabilitation facilities and transitioning back to their communities. Specifically, we seek to gain more understanding about the ways that JR reentry practices align with best practices in reentry programs and match the current needs of youth and families. A better understanding of the current challenges or barriers, and what DCYF-JR can and should focus on to ensure successful reentry, will contribute to practice improvement and better long term outcomes for youth, young people, and their families. The evaluation will use qualitative inquiry methods (focus groups; interviews) with three key participant groups: (1) youth; (2) families; and (3) community members. Further, audiences for analytic products include the aforementioned participants, as well as superintendents, regional administrators, directors, and secretaries. The contractor will ensure objectivity, methodological rigor, procedural integrity and content expertise.
Intent of Services. The intent of the services to be provided under this Contract is to recruit and retain safe, quality xxxxxx parents who will be available for children twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and to assist xxxxxx parents and kinship caregivers in accessing support services as they care for children and youth placed in their homes. These goals shall be accomplished through educating, mobilizing, and building community partners. The Contractor shall share the message of CA’s urgent need for a diverse group of xxxxxx parents, and will work to retain current caregivers, and to support xxxxxx parents and kinship caregivers.
Intent of Services. The services and any subsequent analysis and reporting performed by the Consultant under this agreement are intended to assist the Client. It must be understood that the Consultant’s tests, observations, or inspection results do not mean that Consultant is approving any aspect of the design, or the work performed or materials used by the Contractor or any Subcontractors. Client acknowledges that Consultant is not responsible for the contractor’s or subcontractor’s compliance with regulating agencies, safety, materials, means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures of construction, nor for contractor’s failure to follow recommendations or good construction practices, and that the services provided by the Consultant shall not relieve the contractor of its obligation to perform the Work in accordance with the project plans and specifications, as well as use materials that are in accordance with the plans and specifications. Any exploration, testing, specific observations, inspection and/or analysis associated with the services will be performed by Consultant solely to fulfill the purpose of this Service Agreement and Consultant is not responsible for interpretation by others of the information developed. Client recognizes that conditions on the project site may vary from those encountered during testing and that information generated by Consultant is based solely on the information available to the Consultant at the time and location of such testing. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that actual testing, observation, or inspection performed is likely on a very small percentage of the overall project and that as such, may not fully reflect the work performed or materials used by Project Contractors or Subcontractors. The proposed scope of services provided herein does not include engineering review of the project documents in regard to the geotechnical aspects of the project such as foundations, slabs, pavements, drains, walls, etc; nor does the proposed scope of work consist of construction management services relating to acceptance of materials, material types, or placement methodology. It is not the responsibility of the Consultant to accept or reject material placement or material types, nor to alter, amend, or revise project specifications. If required, these services can be provided under a separate scope of work.
