Intent to Transfer. The undersigned is not a party or subject to or bound by any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement with any person to sell, transfer or pledge the Shares or any part thereof to any person, and has no present intention to enter into such a contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement;
Intent to Transfer. CFUSA is selling the Contracts, and on each Substitution Transfer Date is conveying the Substitute Contracts, to the Depositor with the intention of removing the Contracts, or the Substitute Contracts as the case may be, from the estate of CFUSA pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code.

Consultant is not party to or subject to or bound by any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement with any person to sell or pledge the Shares, any part thereof to any person, and has no present intention to enter into such a contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement.

The Investors are each not a party or subject to or bound by any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement with any person to sell, transfer or pledge the Exchange Shares or any part thereof to any person, and has no present intention to enter into such a contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement;

(ii) The undersigned will not be a party or subject to or bound by any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement with any person to sell, transfer or pledge the Purchased Securities, Securities or any party thereof to any person, and has no present intention to enter into such a contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement;

RDRD is not a party or subject to or bound by any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement with any person to sell, transfer or pledge the Exchange Shares or any part thereof to any person, and has no present intention to enter into such a contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement;
Intent to Transfer. Seller is not a party or subject to or bound by any contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement with any person to sell, transfer or pledge the SPCH Shares or any part thereof to any person, and has no present intention to enter into such a contract, undertaking, agreement or arrangement;
Intent to Transfer. CFUSA is selling the Contracts, and on each Substitute Transfer Date is conveying the Substitute Contracts, to the Depositor with the intention of removing the Contracts, or the Substitute Contracts as the case may be, from the estate of CFUSA pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code as it may be amended from time to time including, without limitation, section 541(b)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code as amended pursuant to section 912 of Senate Xxxx X.220 (107th Cong. 1st Sess.) or any successor thereto if and when such xxxx is enacted into law.
Intent to Transfer a. All certificated employees MUST indicate their interest in an In-district voluntary transfer by completing the Intent Survey issued by Human Resources in March. On this form, employees will indicate: ● Whether or not they are interested in a transfer. ● Which buildings, subject areas and grade levels they are interested in.
b. ESA and Itinerant staff supervised by Student Services will utilize the existing collaborative process to request building reassignment based on student needs and caseload.
