Annual Staffing When selecting members for transfer and/or selecting members to fill vacancies occurring during the annual initial staffing, priorities shall be observed in the following order: ● Reassignments due to building closings and changes in vertical organization shall be completed before any other transfers or reassignments are made. ● Member-initiated requests for transfer and transfers due to changes in student enrollment and/or program termination. ● Principal-initiated transfer requests.
