Interactive Service. An entity offering one or more of the following: (i) online or Internet connectivity services (e.g., an Internet service provider); (ii) an interactive site or service featuring a broad selection of aggregated third party interactive content (or navigation thereto) (e.g., an online service or search and directory service)and/or marketing a broad selection of products and/or services across numerous interactive commerce categories (e.g., an online mall or other leading online commerce site); and (iii) communications software capable of serving as the principal means through which a user creates, sends and receives electronic mail or real time online messages.

Interactive Service. Any entity that offers online or Internet connectivity (or ------------------- any successor form of connectivity), aggregates and/or distributes a broad selection of third-party interactive Content, or provides interactive navigational services (including, without limitation, any online service providers, Internet service providers, WebTV, @Home or other broadband providers, search or directly providers, "push" product providers such as the Pointcast Netcash Network or providers of interactive navigational environments such as Microsoft's proposed "Active Desktop").

INTERACTIVE SITE. Any interactive site or area, including, by way of example and without limitation, (i) an MP or ICQ site on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet or (ii) a channel or area delivered through a "push" product such as the Pointcast Network or interactive environment such as Microsoft's Active Desktop or interactive television service such as WebTV.

Interactive Service. Any of the following: (i) online or Internet connectivity services (e.g., an online service or Internet service provider); (ii) an entity that owns or operates an interactive site or service featuring a broad selection of aggregated third party interactive content (or navigation thereto) covering a broad range of subjects and targeted at a broad audience (e.g., a search and directory service or portal)and/or marketing a broad selection of products and/or services across numerous “vertical” interactive commerce categories (e.g., an online mall or multiple-category e-commerce site); (iii) communications software capable of serving as the principal means through which a user creates, sends or receives electronic mail or real time online messages; or (iv) any of the entities listed on Schedule 1 (Prohibited Entities) attached hereto, which is prominent in the marketplace.
Interactive Service. An entity, other than Onvia (subject to the product and services restrictions in this Agreement), which is or offers one or more of the following: (i) online or Internet connectivity services (e.g., an Internet service provider ("ISP")); (ii) any Portal; and (iii) communications software capable of serving as the principal means through which a user creates, sends and receives electronic mail or real time online messages; provided, however, that an entity otherwise satisfying one or more of these criteria shall not be considered an Interactive Service if and to the extent that major divisions or subsidiaries of such entity offer products and services which, if offered by an unrelated entity, would not make such entity an Interactive Service (e.g., an entity which offers an ISP service or which serves as a Portal would not be considered an Interactive Service if and only to the extent that separate major divisions or subsidiaries thereof offer products and services unrelated to the ISP service (e.g., such that the Co-Branded Site could promote laser printers offered by a separate division or subsidiary of such ISP or Portal, but not the ISP or Portal services themselves)), provided, however, that any entity which is primarily an Interactive Service (e.g., a reasonably significant portion of its products or services satisfy one or more of the three criteria above) shall not be excluded from the definition of Interactive Service regardless of the product or service in question (e.g., even laser printers from Yahoo! would fall outside the scope of this exception, and may not be promoted in the Co-Branded Site).

Interactive Service. An entity offering one or more of the following: (i) online/Internet connectivity services (e.g., an Internet service provider such as AT&T Worldnet, Mindspring, etc.); (ii) an interactive site or service featuring a broad selection of aggregated third party interactive content (or navigation thereto) (e.g., an online service or search and directory service such as Yahoo, Excite, Alta Vista, etc.) and/or marketing a broad selection of products and/or services across numerous interactive commerce categories (e.g., an online mall or other leading online commerce site such as Amazxx.xxx); (iii) communications software capable of serving as the principal means through which a user creates, sends or receives electronic mail or real time or "instant" online messages (whether by telephone, 37 38 computer, two empty soup cans strung together on a wire, or other means) (e.g., Microsoft instant messaging, WebChat, etc.), including without limitation, electronic greeting cards; or (iv) ) a persistent desktop client designed to allow access to (i), (ii) or (iii).

Any interactive site or area (other than the AOL White Pages) which is managed, maintained or owned by InfoSpace or its agents or to which InfoSpace provides and/or licenses information, content or other materials (the "Licensed Material") and the Uncensored Material represents a significant portion of the content of such site, including, by way of example and without limitation, (i) an InfoSpace site on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet or (ii) a channel or area delivered through a "push" product such as the Pointcast Network or interactive environment such as Microsoft's proposed "Active Desktop."
