Interconnection Customer Option to Build. If the date designated for RTU installation in Attachment 4 of this Agreement is not met by Connecting Transmission Owner, Interconnection Customer shall have the option to assume responsibility for the installation of the RTU. Except for the RTU, Interconnection Customer shall have no right to construct any other Connecting Transmission Owner facilities under this option.
