Common use of Interest Election Requests Clause in Contracts

Interest Election Requests. To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone or by a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of Exhibit C and signed by the Borrower (a “written Interest Election Request”) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each telephonic and written Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and each telephonic Interest Election Request shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent.

Each such telephonic and written (or electronic communication) Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and each telephonic Interest Election Request shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative AgentAgent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of Exhibit C and signed by the Borrower.

Each telephonic and written Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and each such telephonic Interest Election Request and Interest Election Request Notice shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agentirrevocable.

Each telephonic and written Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and each telephonic or email Interest Election Request shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, courier service, scanned pdf or facsimile delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent.
