Common use of Interest on Related Escrow Accounts Clause in Contracts

Interest on Related Escrow Accounts. Seller shall cause to be paid any interest on amounts in the related Escrow Accounts accrued to but not including the related Servicing Transfer Date to the extent interest with respect to such accounts is required to be paid under Applicable Requirements for the benefit of Mortgagors under the Mortgage Loans or any other appropriate party. Seller shall cause the deposit of any such interest earned on amounts in the related Escrow Accounts.
