Common use of Interests in Credits Clause in Contracts

Interests in Credits. The Percentage Interest of each Lender in the Loan, and the related Commitments, shall be computed based on the maximum principal amount for each Lender as set forth on EXHIBIT 12.1. Upon the consummation of any assignment pursuant to Section 13.1 or 13.3 or the addition of any new Lender pursuant to Section 12.6(a), the Agent shall modify Exhibit 12.1 to reflect such assignment or addition.
