Interexchange Carrier (IXC). A telecommunications service provider authorized by the FCC to provide interstate long distance communications services between LATAs and is authorized by the State to provide inter- and/or intraLATA long distance communications services within the State.
Interexchange Carrier (IXC). A carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Service.
