Common use of Interim Period Consents Clause in Contracts

Interim Period Consents. The Purchaser shall, promptly following the date hereof, designate two individuals from either of whom the Company may seek approval to undertake any actions not otherwise permitted to be taken under Section 5.1, and shall ensure that such persons shall respond, on behalf of the Purchaser, to the Company’s requests in an expeditious manner.
