INTERMODAL INTERCHANGE AND FACILITIES ACCESS AGREEMENT. The Parties to this Agreement hereby acknowledge their respective responsibilities in one Party’s access to the Premises of the other for the purpose of interchanging intermodal transportation Equipment and further establish the terms and conditions under which such intermodal Equipment will be used.
