Internal Roads. Roads and other passageways within the operating Landfill shall be graded as necessary to maintain smooth, well drained surfaces. During dry periods, these operating roads and passageways shall be sprayed with water if necessary to reduce dust. Company shall be responsible for maintaining such roads and passageways in accordance with this Section 6.2.

Internal Roads. In connection with development of Planning Area 1, and prior to issuance of certificates of occupancy for buildings in Planning Area 1, the Owner will construct Project accesses and internal roads approximately as shown on PCI Plan Sheet SP-3. These roads will be private roads designed to the road standards described and depicted in the PCI Plan at pages IV-31 through IV-32 and PCI Plan Sheet SP-3. The Owner may modify the locations of access points and internal roads in Planning Area 1 depicted in the PCI Plan as provided in Paragraphs 7.1 and 7.2 of this Agreement. The locations of access points and internal roads within Planning Areas 2 and 3 will be reviewed and approved in connection with development of those Planning Areas.

Water quality is provided by a bioswale located downstream of Phase 3 All roads within City Heights outside Development Pods which connect Development Pods to one another or to the general road network beyond City Heights shall be deemed "Collector Roads." All Collector Roads shall have a 45' right of way, inclusive of 28' of hard surface comprised of 22' of travel lanes and 3' of shoulders on either side of the travel lanes, and shall be constructed in accordance with the applicable cross- section schematic attached as Exhibit 6 to this Agreement. Internal Roads. All internal streets shall be constructed to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of City’s Code and the Fire and Rescue Department performing fire and rescue services within the City, or as specifically provided in the CSP and shall be reviewed and approved by the City Public Works Director or said designee. All planned internal roads shall interconnect throughout the development and shall be designed to provide free movement for safe efficient use within the Project. Roads will be designed to provide access to each of the land uses including associated parking, loading and unloading areas.
