International Calling. By default, Seller will block access to international locations and numbers. At Buyer's request, Seller will permit Buyer access to international calling capabilities by removing the "blocking" that Seller typically applies to that service. If such a request is made by Buyer, Buyer shall be liable for all charges associated with all international calling charges dialed from the Buyer premises, calling card(s) and/or access numbers, regardless of whether such use (I ) is authorized by Buyer management; (2) is initiated by Buyer employees or third parties; or (3) constitutes or involves fraudulent activity of any nature. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Seller assumes no liability of any kind with respect to its providing access to international calling or the use of international calling services via connections from Buyer premises and locations where Buyer uses Seller's service. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall indemnify, defend and hold ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s harmless against any and all claims made by any third party related to the use of international calling services. Buyer acknowledges that, pursuant to government regulation, failure to make proper payment to third parties could result in suspension or interruption of long distance and/or local services provided by Seller. Seller assumes no liability of any kind with respect to such potential service suspensions or interruptions.
International Calling. Customer will be billed on a per-minute basis for international calls. Pilot Voice includes unlimited calling within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. All other destinations (including other US territories) are considered international. Customer will be invoiced for their international call monthly usage on a monthly basis. If you choose an international plan, you will be charged a flat monthly fee for direct-dial international calls in addition to the monthly recurring rate that you pay for Voice Service. After your monthly international calling plan minutes are used, unless your plan includes unlimited international calling, each additional minute will be charged at a per minute rate. For both per- minute international calling and international calling plans, calls are measured in increments of one minute. All calls which are a fraction of a minute are rounded up to the next whole minute. Timing on completed calls begins when the call is answered by the called party. Answering is determined when call signaling provided by the terminating local carrier, and/or any intermediate carrier(s), so indicate. Timing terminates on all calls when the

Please note that substantial charges may be incurred if your device is taken out of the U.S. even if international roaming is not intentionally used. Many devices have preloaded and downloaded apps that transmit and receive data without user intervention and can generate unexpected charges when your device is powered on outside the U.S. To prevent unexpected international charges while traveling abroad, we recommend that you keep your device turned off or in airplane mode when it is not in use. Your rate plan may include the capability to send and receive calls and text messages and use data for international roaming. Certain eligibility restrictions may apply to international roaming, which may be based on wireless service tenure, payment history, and/or credit. We may in our sole discretion block or remove your ability to use international roaming until our eligibility criteria is met. International roaming rates apply to any calls made or received, messages sent, and data used while outside the United States. International roaming rates are subject to change without notice and vary by country. If you do not subscribe to an international roaming package or plan, you will be charged pay-per-use rates that may be substantially higher on a per unit basis than international package rates. Coverage within other countries and territories may vary depending on your device type, plan and package and may be changed by us at any time without notice.
