International Use. As set forth in Exhibit F, Supplier and Customer may agree to begin a pilot international program upon the execution by both Parties of a separate mutually agreeable Transaction Agreement relating to such project.
International Use. QUALCOMM has not yet received permission to transmit or operate the Service in Mexico, and therefore, Customer is not authorized to use the Service in Mexico. QUALCOMM has received interim approval which permits QUALCOMM's customers to operate the Service in Canada while their trucks are temporarily located in Canada (hereinafter "Interim Approval"). Customer acknowledges that the Canadian Government has the authority to rescind the Interim Approval. In the event the Canadian Government rescinds the Interim Approval, QUALCOMM shall immediately notify Customer of such rescission and Customer shall cease operating the Service in Canada until Customer is notified by QUALCOMM that approval has been reinstituted.
International Use. The Services are for use in the United States. ClubDrive makes no representation that the Services or the materials available on this Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and using or accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who access the Website or Services from other locations are responsible for compliance with local law.

International Use. 19.1 The use of the alrajhi@24seven Banking Services outside of Malaysia is subject to the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, as the case may be, and the Foreign Exchange Administration (FEA) Rules of Bank Negara Malaysia or any fiscal or exchange control requirements operating in the country where the transaction is effected or requested; and the laws and regulations of Malaysia and the country where the transaction is effected or requested.
19.2 The maximum transaction amount and the purpose for which it is effected may be determined by Bank Negara Malaysia and the laws and regulations of the country in which the transaction is effected or requested.
19.3 The Customer hereby agrees that the Customer is using the alrajhi@24seven Banking Services at the Customer’s own initiative and is responsible for Customer compliance with local laws.
