International Use. USBI makes no representation that the Site, the Service, or the Content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of United States, or that accessing the Site is legally permitted in countries or territories where the Site, the Service, and such Content may be illegal. If you access the Service from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

International Use. The Service is intended for visitors located within the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Access to the Service from countries or territories or by individuals where such access is illegal is prohibited.

International Use. TI-TRUST makes no representation that materials on the Internet Site or TI-TRUST’s web site(s) are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Client agrees to comply with all applicable foreign and domestic laws, rules and regulations regarding the transmission of technical data exported from or imported to the United States or the country in which the Client resides.

International Use. 20.1 Subject to availability, you agree and acknowledge that your access and use of the MyDST Wallet outside of Brunei Darussalam may be subject to the following requirements: 20.1.1 rules, regulations, guidelines, notices and directives approved or issued by BDCB or any other regulatory authorities in Brunei Darussalam, prescribed, issued or amended from time to time in relation to your access and use of the MyDST Wallet; 20.1.2 other exchange control legislations, subsidiary rules, regulations, guidelines, notices and directives of the country where the Transaction(s) is effected or requested; 20.1.3 other relevant laws and regulations of Brunei Darussalam and the country where the Transaction(s) is effected or requested; and 20.1.4 the applicable foreign exchange rate(s) prescribed by DST at the time of the Transaction(s); 20.1.5 other applicable fees, rates or surcharges prescribed by DST at the time of the Transaction(s); 20.2 Further, you agree and acknowledge that the amount of any Transaction(s) that you have authorised through the MyDST Wallet is subject to limits, if any, prescribed by the relevant legislations, rules, regulations, guidelines, notices and directives of the country (as may be enacted, prescribed, issued or amended from time to time) in which the transaction is effected or requested.

International Use. The Services are for use in the United States. ClubDrive makes no representation that the Services or the materials available on this Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and using or accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who access the Website or Services from other locations are responsible for compliance with local law.

International Use. QUALCOMM has not yet received permission to transmit or operate the Service in Mexico, and therefore, Customer is not authorized to use the Service in Mexico. QUALCOMM has received interim approval which permits QUALCOMM's customers to operate the Service in Canada while their trucks are temporarily located in Canada (hereinafter "Interim Approval"). Customer acknowledges that the Canadian Government has the authority to rescind the Interim Approval. In the event the Canadian Government rescinds the Interim Approval, QUALCOMM shall immediately notify Customer of such rescission and Customer shall cease operating the Service in Canada until Customer is notified by QUALCOMM that approval has been reinstituted.

International Use. As set forth in Exhibit F, Supplier and Customer may agree to begin a pilot international program upon the execution by both Parties of a separate mutually agreeable Transaction Agreement relating to such project.

International Use. 19.1 The use of the alrajhi@24seven Banking Services outside of Malaysia is subject to the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, as the case may be, and the Foreign Exchange Administration (FEA) Rules of Bank Negara Malaysia or any fiscal or exchange control requirements operating in the country where the transaction is effected or requested; and the laws and regulations of Malaysia and the country where the transaction is effected or requested. 19.2 The maximum transaction amount and the purpose for which it is effected may be determined by Bank Negara Malaysia and the laws and regulations of the country in which the transaction is effected or requested. 19.3 The Customer hereby agrees that the Customer is using the alrajhi@24seven Banking Services at the Customer’s own initiative and is responsible for Customer compliance with local laws.

International Use. 6.1 Without duplication of any other rights to recovery or indemnity set forth in the Agreement, you shall indemnify and hold harmless Headframe, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, investigations, demands, suits, costs, expenses, and damages (collectively, “Losses”, including reasonable attorney’s fee) arising out of or related to (1) your violation of the applicable laws and regulations; (2) your breach of the Agreement; and/or (3) your use of the Services or your conduct in connection with Headframe. 6.2 Headframe shall not be liable for delays or errors occurring by reason of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war (declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, acts of sabotage, blockade, fire, lightning, acts of god, national strikes,government policy， riots, insurrections, civil commotions, quarantine restrictions, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, explosions and regulatory and administrative actions or delays. In the event of such force majeure, Headframe shall take reasonable steps to minimize interruptions and loss but shall have no liability caused by or incidental to such force majeure. 6.3 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY US ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, ERROR- FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU HEREBY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (1) ANY INACCURACY, DEFECT OR OMISSION OF DATA, (2) ANY ERROR OR DELAY IN THE TRANSMISSION OF DATA, (3) INTERRUPTION IN THE SERVICES, (4) REGULAR OR UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE CARRIED OUT BY HEADFRAME OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER AND SERVICE INTERRUPTION AND CHANGE RESULTING FROM SUCH MAINTENANCE, (5) ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY OTHER USERS’ ACTIONS, OMISSIONS OR VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT, (6) COOPERATE WITH INVESTIGATIONS BY SERVICE PROVIDERS OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS，AND
