Common use of Internet and Network Prerequisites Clause in Contracts

Internet and Network Prerequisites. To use Voice Services, Customer must have (i) a stable and reliable broadband or fiber-optic internet connection to run the Service over and (ii) the ability to connect any Pilot-provided endpoints to its router via Ethernet cabling (recommended) or WiFi. Pilot is not responsible for Voice Service degradation and performance issues related to the inadequacy of the Customer’s third-party internet connection or internal network, including but not limited to faulty cabling and network devices not provided by Pilot.
