Internet Transactions. If Cardholder uses the Card to purchase goods and/or services through the online internet sites or portals, Cardholder shall be solely responsible for the security of such use at all times. Cardholder agrees that the entry of the Card information on the internet shall be sufficient proof of the authenticity of such instructions, subject to input and system verification of One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone number registered with AEON Credit for transactions at 3-D Secure merchant websites. AEON Credit shall not be under any obligation to verify the identity or the authority of the person entering the Cardholder's Card information and AEON Credit shalI not be liable for acting on such use of the Card information regardless of whether the person is so authorized and regardless of the circumstances prevailing at the time of transaction. However, AEON Credit reserves the discretion to not carry out any such transaction over the internet if AEON Credit has any reason to doubt its authenticity or if in AEON Credit's opinion it is unlawful or otherwise improper to do so for any other reason.

Internet Transactions. 13.1 For internet transaction, the Cardmember must apply an ICBC USB over the counter before making any online internet transaction. The Cardmember will be responsible for the risk incurred when using electronic banking services. If the Cardmember uses the Card to purchase goods and/or services through online internet sites or portals, the Cardmember shall be solely responsible for the security of such use at all times. The Cardmember agrees that the entry of the Card information on the internet shall be sufficient proof of the authenticity of such instructions. The Bank shall not be under any obligation to verify the identity or the authority of the person entering the Card information and the Bank shall not be liable for acting on such use of the Card regardless of whether the person is authorised or otherwise and regardless of the circumstances prevailing at the time of the transaction. The Cardmember agrees that the Bank does not owe him/her any duty and/or obligation whatsoever to monitor and block the use of the Card for any unlawful activities. However, the Bank reserves the discretion to not carry out any such transactions over the internet if the Bank has any reason to doubt its authenticity or if in the Bank’s opinion it is unlawful or otherwise improper to do so or for any other reason. 13.2 Online internet transaction is subject to maximum accumulated amount of RM 5,000 daily.
Internet Transactions. The Cardmember is cautioned that any transaction on the Internet resulting in any outflow of foreign exchange must be made strictly in accordance with the Exchange Control Regulations of the RBI and that in event of failure to do so the Cardmember may be liable for penal action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. With a view to protect the interest of Cardmembers, HDFC Bank reserves the right to decline at its sole discretion, certain Internet transactions, depending on the origin and nature of purchase. This is done with a view to protect the Cardmembers from unauthorised or fraudulent usage of account information by persons / parties.

You acknowledge and agree that if you disclose your SecureCode® password to another person, you are authorizing that person to transact on your Account. • You are in default or we have suspended, terminated, or canceled your Account; • The Convenience Check is not in the form we have issued to you; • Your signature or the payee’s name or endorsement is missing on the Convenience Check or the Convenience Check appears altered; or • Your Convenience Check is post-dated. Convenience Checks may be used only by the person(s) whose name(s) is/are printed on the check. You are responsible for all authorized use of Convenience Checks. You may not use Convenience Checks to make a payment on any other obligation you have with the Credit Union, including paying any amount that you owe us pursuant to this Agreement. Certain merchants may inform you of their intent to convert your Convenience Check payment to an electronic ACH debit. For mailed payments, this notification will be provided at the time you receive a bill. For payments made in person, this notification will be provided at the time payment is made. You understand and agree that Convenience Checks are ineligible for conversion to an ACH debit and if presented by a merchant to us for payment, we are required to reject and return the entry. Using Convenience Checks for payments to merchants who have notified you of their intent to convert your check to an ACH debit may result in merchant returned item fees and/or late charges. You further understand and agree that you may not attempt to authorize a one-time advance from your Account via ACH by providing check information (such as the routing, account, and serial numbers) to a merchant or other payee in person, via the Internet or by telephone for the purpose of having such merchant or other payee electronically initiate a funds transfer. Internet Transactions. Some entities offer products and/or services for sale or other types of transactions through the Internet, and charge a price and/or fee for such products, services, and/or transactions. You agree that all of the charges by other entities are in addition to the fees and charges payable to us for access to and through the Service. You are solely responsible for any payments associated with such products, services, and/or transactions. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING THE SECURITY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FROM UNWANTED OR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FOR INTERNET BASED TRANSACTIONS.

Internet Transactions. The Cardholder may use the Card over the internet and agrees to assume all risks associated with such use and further agrees to indemnify the Bank against liability/claims associated with the use of the Card in respect to transactions over the internet.
Internet Transactions. If Dealer chooses to do business in Products over the Internet at Dealer’s Web Site and is authorized by Whirlpool to sell over the Internet, such activity must comply with all of the requirements of this Agreement, in addition to the following requirements: a) The Web Site must contain an attractive display of current products to adequately merchandise each authorized brand of Products. b) Any Product information on the Web Site must be displayed in at least 4 color graphics, must include Product features or benefits, must prominently feature logos as specified in Whirlpool trademark guides, and must include Product model numbers. c) Product warranty information must be available on-line. d) The Web Site must be easily navigable and consistently maintained to ensure accuracy of Product information and customer satisfaction. e) The Web Site must clearly identify Dealer as an authorized dealer for each authorized brand of Products. f) Dealer must have sufficient resources to ensure adequate customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process. Customer service assistance must be available at least 6 days per week for at least 9 hours per day. g) Dealer shall ensure that the Web Site content is not misleading and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to Dealer’s operation of the Web Site. h) Dealer shall include the following language on every page of the Dealer Web Site that contains Whirlpool Materials or Whirlpool Marks (as defined in this Agreement): “Whirlpool Corporation has granted (insert Dealer name) permission to use trademarks and copyrighted material for limited purposes.”
Internet Transactions. In addition to performing transactions on your account through written instruction or by telephone, you may also perform certain transactions through the internet. Van Xxxxxx xxx its subsidiaries, including Investor Services (collectively "VK"), and the Funds employ procedures considered by them to be reasonable to confirm that instructions communicated through the internet are genuine. Box 418256, Kansas City, Missouri 64141-9256, by placing the redemption request through a Participating Dealer or by calling the Company. See "Purchase of Shares" for a discussion of applicable CDSC levels. WRITTEN REDEMPTION REQUESTS. In the case of redemption requests sent directly to Investor Services, the redemption request should indicate the number of shares or dollars to be redeemed, the class designation of such shares, the account number and be signed exactly as the shares are registered. Signatures must conform exactly to the account registration. If the proceeds of the redemption would exceed $50,000, or if the proceeds are not to be paid to the record owner at the record address, or if the record address has changed within the previous 30 days, signature(s) must be guaranteed by one of the following: a bank or trust company; a broker-dealer; a credit union; a national securities exchange, registered securities association or clearing agency; a savings and loan association; or a federal savings bank.
