The terms “"this Agreement”", “"hereof”', “"herein”, " and “"hereunder” " and similar expressions refer to this Agreement (including all attached Exhibits and Schedules) and not to any particular article, section or other portion hereof and include any Agreement agreement or instrument supplementary or ancillary hereto.
