Interpreting and Enforcing this Agreement. This Agreement is made under the provincial law of British Columbia and any federal laws of Canada that apply in British Columbia. This means that if we ever disagree about anything in this Agreement or the Visa Account and we have to go to court, it will be a court in British Columbia and the court will follow British Columbia law.
