For any Consumer Delivery Point and for any Regional Network Interconnection Point, the Shipper has the option of subscribing annual Interruptible Capacity, provided all Firm Capacity has been sold at that point. GRTgaz can also require interruptibility at this point when the capacity requested by the Shipper cannot be allocated.
