Common use of Interruption of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Interruption of Vacation. A unit member may interrupt or terminate vacation leave in order to begin another type of paid leave provided by this Agreement, without a return to active service, provided the unit member supplies notice and supporting information regarding the basis for such interruption or termination. (Same as CSEA initial proposal)

Interruption of Vacation.
