Interview for Part-time. Part-time employees who have worked during the previous twelve (12) months and who have applied for contracted positions shall be entitled to a final interview if, in the College's judgment, they are among the top five (5) applicants most qualified for the open position and available for the final interview step when the final interview step is set up. If more than one position is being filled in a single process, the limit of the top five (5) will be increased by one for each additional position. For example, it will be the top six (6) if two positions are being filled.
