INTRODUCTION/SERVICES. A. Contractor shall provide services, as specified, to California Department of Veterans Affairs, (CalVet). Contractor shall provide services at the Veterans Home, (Home), located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, license, permits and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide fire suppression system services. Services shall be provided at the Home, upon request and in compliance with terms of this Agreement.
B. All work shall be coordinated and approved by the CalVet Contract Manager or designated representative. Services shall be performed during standard business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified. No work is to be performed on State holidays or on an overtime basis unless prior approval is received in writing from the CalVet Contract Manager, prior to this work taking place. Any and all services performed outside the scope of this Agreement or not approved by the CalVet Contract Manager, or designated representative, will be at the sole risk and expense of the Contractor.
C. Provider must be able to perform the tasks associated with providing services under the scope of their license. Contractor will provide services in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations and CalVet policies.
D. The Contractor is not authorized to deliver or commence performance of services as described in the Agreement until written approval has been obtained from CalVet Contract Manager and the Contractor has received an executed contract from CalVet. Any delivery or performance of service commenced prior to the Contractor obtaining all written approvals shall be considered voluntary on the part of the Contractor.

INTRODUCTION/SERVICES. Genworth will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify corporate and other institutional investors that it believes are appropriate for, and may be interested in the institutional asset management services offered by, GEAM. Upon identifying any such potential clients, Genworth will notify GEAM promptly in writing of the name and address of any such potential clients. Genworth also will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist GEAM in establishing relationships with potential clients identified by Genworth.

No work is to be performed on State holidays or on an overtime basis unless prior approval is received in writing from the Contract Manager, prior to this work taking place. Any and all services performed outside the scope of this Agreement or not approved by the Contract Manager, or designated representative, shall be at the sole risk and expense of the Contractor.

E. Contractor must have the ability to perform the tasks associated with provision of chiller preventative maintenance, testing, and repair services under the scope of their license. Contractor will provide services in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations and CalVet policies.

All work by the Contractor will be under the direction of the CalVet Contract Manager or his/her designee, in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations.

INTRODUCTION/SERVICES. A. This is a Statewide Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Prosthetic and Orthotic services, on an as-needed basis, to patients/youth referred for such medical services from CDCR/CCHCS. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, permits and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated. Services shall be provided on-site upon request and under the direction of the institution Chief Executive Officer or Chief Medical Executive (CEO/CME) or designee, or the Division of Juvenile Justice Facility (facility) Chief Medical Officer (CMO) or designee. For purposes of this Agreement, CDCR/CCHCS designee must be a civil service employee. The institution CEO/CME or designee, and facility CMO or designee retains professional and administrative responsibility for services rendered.
B. Contractor and/or Provider must be able to perform the tasks associated with providing services as noted in the heading under the scope of their license. Contractor agrees that all Providers referred by Contractor will be required to render health services as defined and required by law on an as-needed basis. Contractor and/or Provider will perform services in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations and CDCR/CCHCS policies and procedures and shall at all times comply with standard safety precautions and maintain CDCR security measures and a safe work environment.
C. Contractor and/or Provider agree that, unless otherwise stated, all expenses associated with travel to and from the institution/facility, lodging, and all training expenses shall be borne by the Contractor or Provider, and will not be reimbursed separately by CDCR/CCHCS. Any and all services performed outside the scope of this Agreement will be at the sole risk and expense of the Contractor.
D. Contractor and/or Provider acknowledge that CDCR/CCHCS is not obligated to provide or pay for patient/youth health care services or treatment beyond those which are essential to prevent death, or permanent and/or severe disability. If health care service or treatment is nonessential or could safely be deferred until the patient/youth is released from custody, when he/she is able to arrange for services for him/her, CDCR/CCHCS shall defer services.
