Inurement and Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the Parties’ heirs, executors, assigns, successors, and legal representatives. Company, but not Xxxxxxxx, shall have the right to assign its rights under this Agreement.
Inurement and Assignment. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party, provided, however, that Purchaser may acquire the assets hereunder in a single or multiple corporation or limited liability company created and controlled by Purchaser.

Quanex may not assign any of its obligations under this Agreement unless (i) such assignment is to a successor and (ii) the requirements of Section 13 of this Agreement are fulfilled.

This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and will be binding upon the Stockholders and the Company and the Purchaser, and their respective personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns. Neither party will assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement or any part thereof.

The Company may freely assign its rights under this Agreement to any person or entity. The Employee may not assign her rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

This Agreement shall be binding on each Borrower and the successors and assigns of Borrowers and shall inure to the benefit of Administrative Agent and its successors and permitted assigns. Each Borrower shall not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Administrative Agent.
Inurement and Assignment. This Agreement shall run with and be appurtenant to the entire Project, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of NNP, the City, and their respective successor and assigns and to any future owners of any portion of the Project. NNP‟s assignment of its rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be governed by the same terms as are set forth in Section 9.1, paragraph K of the Master Agreement.
Inurement and Assignment. Subject to Section 20 above, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and bind the successors and assigns of the City and the Developer.
