Common use of Invalid, Illegal or Unenforceable Clauses Clause in Contracts

Invalid, Illegal or Unenforceable Clauses. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, said finding shall not affect the remaining parts of this Agreement deemed valid and enforceable and the part of this Agreement found invalid, illegal or unenforceable shall be stricken from the Agreement and the remaining pats of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, as if the stricken part never was contained herein.
