Common use of Invalidation of Claims Clause in Contracts

Invalidation of Claims. Any Loan Party shall seek to, or shall support (in any such case by way of any motion or other pleading filed with the Bankruptcy Court or any other writing to another party-in-interest executed by or on behalf of such Loan Party) any other Person’s motion to, disallow in whole or in part the Lenders’ claim in respect of the Obligations or contest any material provision of any Loan Document or any material provision of any Loan Document shall cease to be effective (other than in accordance with its terms or as a result of the action or inaction of the Administrative Agent);
