Inventory and Safety Stock. Any inventory of Materials held by Draxis beyond the requirements necessary for delivery of the Product forecasted in the Firm Zone and Material Zone of the *** Rolling Forecast is the sole responsibility of Draxis, unless such inventory is approved in writing by Bone Care. Bone Care shall advise Draxis of the necessary quantity of safety stock of finished Product required to be held by Draxis on behalf of Bone Care. Draxis shall not use any inventory of Active Ingredient for any purpose other than formulation of the Product.

Inventory and Safety Stock. Supplier shall maintain sufficient quantity of the safety stock at its site(s) in its opinion to ensure continued availability of the Products and uninterrupted service to Distributor. Title and risk of loss to the safety stock remains with Supplier until delivered in accordance with Section 3.6.
