Investment Purpose Sample Clauses
The Investment Purpose clause defines the specific reason or objective for which the invested funds are to be used. Typically, it outlines that the capital provided by investors must be directed toward particular business activities, such as product development, market expansion, or operational growth. By clearly stating the intended use of funds, this clause helps ensure that the investment is applied as agreed, thereby protecting investor interests and reducing the risk of funds being diverted to unrelated purposes.
