Investor Documents. With respect to Investors: (i) a copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement, Side Letter (if applicable), and Credit Link Document, if applicable;

Investor Documents. Administrative Agent shall have received from each Investor a copy of such Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement and Side Letter, if any; and

Investor Documents. A copy of a duly executed Subscription Agreement and Side Letter (if applicable) of each Investor in such additional Borrower;

Investor Documents. A copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement and Side Letter (if applicable), Credit Link Document (if applicable), with each Initial Borrower, which in each case shall be acceptable to Administrative Agent in its sole but reasonable discretion, as well as a schedule of each Investment Period for all Investors;

Investor Documents. Each Investor of a Credit Party in such Credit Party’s Fund Group has executed a Subscription Agreement which has been provided to the Administrative Agent. Each Side Letter of an Investor a Credit Party in such Credit Party’s Fund Group that has been entered into has been provided to the Administrative Agent. For each Investor of a Credit Party in such Credit Party’s Fund Group, the Partnership Agreement of such Credit Party in which such Investor is a limited partner, and such Investor’s Subscription Agreement (and any related Side Letter) set forth its entire agreement regarding its Capital Commitment thereto.

Investor Documents. With respect to Investors in each applicable Credit Party: (i) a copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement, Side Letter (if applicable) and Credit Link Document, if applicable; and (ii) if such Investor is an Endowment Fund Investor, a copy of any keepwell agreement in place between such Investor and its Sponsor;

Investor Documents. Within the applicable time periods contemplated by Section 3(b)(iii) and (vii), the Agent shall have received such documents as required by French law and the limits and other conditions set forth in the corporate authorizations of the Company in a form acceptable by the Company duly executed, and such documents shall be in full force and effect, including the Investor Letter of each prospective investor.

Investor Documents. Each Investor has executed a Subscription Agreement which has been provided to the Administrative Agent. For each Investor, the Operative Documents, its Subscription Agreement and, if applicable, its Side Letter set forth its entire agreement regarding its Capital Commitment.

Investor Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received from each Loan Party a copy of each Investor’s duly executed Subscription Agreement and Investor Letter (as applicable), such evidence of authority to enter into and execute the Governing Agreements (and, as applicable, for its Sponsor, Responsible Party or Credit Provider to enter into and execute the applicable Governing Agreements), as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, and, if any, its Side Letter or Credit Link Document;
