Investor Relations Services. The Client hereby retains Consultant as an independent consultant to the Client and Consultant hereby accepts and agrees to such retention. The parties agree that Consultant shall be ultimately responsible for the provision of the services hereunder, but that Consultant may contract with independent contractors to provide certain services hereunder. The services provided by the Consultant shall include the following pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement: (i) assist the Company with the development and creation of materials and communications tools to create awareness of the Company in the investment community and to promote positive relations between the Company and the investment community; (ii) assist the Company with the development and drafting of press releases; (iii) identify opportunities and coordinate the Company’s participation in investor conferences and industry interviews; (iv) assist the Company with communications to its shareholders and to develop strategies for broadening the Company’s investor base; (v) assist the Company with any due diligence requests from potential investors; and (vi) such other investor relations activities as requested by the Company and reasonably related to the above described activities. In no event shall Consultant disclose any non-public information regarding the Company, or make any statements regarding the Company or its business which are not substantiated by the Company’s public filings.
Investor Relations Services. Under this agreement the IR Consultant will undertake shareholder and investor relations activities on the Company's behalf, and in concert with the Company's management, will assist in the implementation of an investor relations program.
Investor Relations Services. 2.1 Helix hereby appoints ACM and its agents to act as the Company’s non-exclusive advisor and to provide the following services:
(a) identifying potential business opportunities, collaborators and Strategic Partners in Europe and assisting Helix as required in completing any resulting business arrangement;
(b) providing general business advice pertaining to Helix’s business in Europe as may be requested by Helix from time to time;
(c) advising Helix with respect to all aspects of its European investor relations program and acting as liaison between Helix and its European shareholders;
(d) based upon information provided by or created in conjunction with Helix, making necessary presentations to Helix’s European shareholders and to potential investors in order to inform them with respect to the affairs of the Company;
(e) maintaining timely personal contact with Helix’s European shareholders to assure their awareness of the Company’s performance, including the forwarding of any written information authorized for distribution by Helix and/or press releases provided by Helix; and
(f) performing such other tasks as may reasonably be required by management of Helix in support of the activities outlined above. (collectively referred to as the “Investor Relations Services”)
2.2 As compensation for the Investor Relations Services, Helix shall pay ACM a monthly retainer of CHF 30,000.
Investor Relations Services. Manager will introduce VYSTAR to qualified Investor Relations Manager(s) suitable for providing marketing and public relations services in the investor community on behalf of VYSTAR. At VYSTAR’S request, the Manager will co-ordinate investor relations and public relations services between VYSTAR the provider of such services.
Investor Relations Services. Winthrop shall support the investor relations functions of Company relating to MLP by providing the following investor relations services consistent with Past Practice (the “Investor Relations Services”):

Manager will introduce BFAG V to qualified Investor Relations Manager(s) suitable for providing marketing and public relations services in the investor community on behalf of BFAG V. Investor Relations Services. During the term of this Agreement, Service Provider will provide those services customarily provided by an investor relations firm to a public company, including, but not limited to, the following (the “Services”):
(i) Aid the Company in developing a marketing plan directed at informing the investing public as to the business of the Company;
(ii) Develop corporate identity materials and investor communications materials;
(iii) Advise the Company and provide assistance in dealing with institutional and other investors as it pertains to the Company’s offerings of its securities;
(iv) Aid and assist the Company in the Company’s efforts to secure “market makers” which will trade the Company’s stock to the public by providing such information as may be required;
(v) Respond to investor, potential investor, and broker inquiries;
(vi) Assist in the preparation and dissemination of press releases and stockholder communications;
(vii) Aid and advise the Company in establishing a means of securing nationwide interest in the Company’s securities;
(viii) Aid and consult with the Company in the preparation and dissemination of all “due diligence” packages requested by and furnished to FINRA registered broker/dealers, the investing public, and/or other institutional and/or fund managers requesting such information from the Company;
(ix) Develop corporate identity materials and investor communications materials;
(x) Review and advise on the capital structure for the Company;
(xi) Assist in the development of an acquisition profile and structure, recommend financing alternatives and sources, and consult on corporate finance and/or investment banking issues
(xii) Consult with the Company’s management concerning marketing surveys, expansion of the Company’s investor base, investor support, strategic business planning, broker relations, conducting due diligence meetings;
(xiii) Notify the Company of any articles or releases in the press regarding the Company and its affiliates or its business and/or issues generally related to the Company;
(xiv) Assist in the production of a corporate profile and fact sheets;
(xv) Assist in the creation of financial analyst and newsletter campaigns;
(xvi) Conduct or attend conferences, seminars and national tour, including, but not by way of limitation, due diligence meetings, investor conferences and institutional conferences;

Investor Relations Services. The service agreement covers approximately 40-45 person-hours of time per month. Pro-Edge shall provide the following business services to Nevada Geothermal over the life of the contract: - Pro-Edge will coordinate presentations (event coordination) on behalf of Nevada Geothermal’s Investor Relations strategy. This may include arranging dates, locations, invitations and ensuring that relevant materials are present for the events. - Corporate introduction to select N. American and UK broker and institutional networks. - Ongoing inbound/outbound correspondence and email communications, and communications support for existing shareholder base. - Assistance in Press and IR packages including content development. - News Releases, Quarterly Web casts: Scripted and arranged as needed. - In addition, Pro-Edge will provide Nevada Geothermal with monthly updates that represent the investor relations & communications activity.
Investor Relations Services. As of the effective date of this Agreement, CSM shall provide, or shall arrange for the provision of, all or such portion of the investor relations Services (the “IR Services”), in a commercially reasonable manner and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as CPLP, may from time to time direct, all under the supervision of CC, including but not limited to the following:
(a) assistance with the corporate and investor relations of CC and the implementation of the decisions of CC according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
(b) assistance with and coordination of the preparation and dissemination of corporate information of CC to the public, existing and potential investors and the Shareholders of CC, always under the control and direction of CC;
(c) initiating and maintaining contact with existing and potential investors, introducing CC to potential investors and providing such investors with relevant information and updates on CC on an on-going basis;
(d) performance of all such acts and things as may be required to xxxxxx a positive reputation for CC in the marketplace;
(e) arranging for the attendance or representation of CC at industry conferences;
(f) coordinating meetings with analysts, brokerage firms, investment and hedge fund CSMs or other investors that are or may be interested in covering CC;
(g) providing assistance to CC in arranging and organizing investor relations presentations to interested investors and/or to its Shareholders;
(h) reviewing public relations and marketing materials that have been, or may be, distributed to the US financial community and making appropriate suggestions;
(i) reviewing CC’s world wide web page on an on-going basis and suggesting information content as necessary;
(j) notifying CC of any major inquiry, complaint or request made by any Shareholder or any regulatory authority and delivering to CC all information relevant to such inquiry complaint or request;
(k) providing such support and advice as from time to time may be required, considered necessary or advisable by CC relating to the investor relations function; and
(l) performing any other functions or services in connection with the Investor Relation Services as may be reasonably requested by CC from time to time, provided that CSM shall at all times be subject to the general or specific instructions or direction of CC and shall keep CC informed as to all matters concerning its activities.
