ISM Code compliance. The Borrower will:
ISM Code compliance. On the Delivery Date the Owner and the Manager is in compliance in all material respects with all of the mandatory requirements of the ISM Code in respect of the Vessel.
ISM Code compliance. The Borrowers shall, and shall procure that the Technical Manager:
ISM Code compliance. In respect of each Vessel, from the Delivery Date in respect of that Vessel, the Borrower is in full compliance with the ISM Code in respect of that Vessel.

ISM Code compliance. All requirements of the ISM Code as they relate to the Borrower, the Approved Manager and the Ship have been, or will, on or prior to the date on which the Ship is delivered to the Owner, be complied with.
ISM Code compliance. On and after the Delivery Date, the Borrower is in full compliance with the ISM Code.
ISM Code compliance. Each Borrower shall comply and shall procure that each of the Guarantor and the Manager comply with the ISM Code.
ISM Code compliance. All requirements of the ISM Code as they relate to the Shipowners, the Approved Manager, the Bareboat Charterer and each Ship have been complied with.
ISM Code compliance. The Borrower will procure that the Owners and the Approved Manager obtain all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with the Ships and comply with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code.
