Issuance of Notice of Transfer, etc. When a transfer contract has been entered into, the Bank shall, pursuant to the contents of the request, issue a notice of transfer to the financial institution which is the receiving party, on the day of the request, directly or through a bank, etc. (the “Related Banks”); provided, however, that in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as when the request is made just before the close of business hours for acceptance of transfers or on a business day when there are excessive transfer requests, the notice of transfer may be issued on the business day following the date of request.
