Issuance of Warrants Warrant Certificates. (a) The Warrants will be issued in the form of definitive certificates, substantially in the form of Exhibit A (the "Warrant Certificates"). Each Warrant shall provide that it shall represent the aggregate amount of outstanding Warrants from time to time endorsed thereon and that the aggregate amount of outstanding Warrants represented thereby may from time to time be reduced or increased, as appropriate.
