Issue of Certificate. 1. In the circumstances referred to in Articles 7, 8, 10 and 11 thereof, the Competent Institution of the Contracting Party whose legislation is applied shall, upon request, issue a certificate on application of such legislation in respect to the relevant employment. In the circumstances described in Article 7 and 11, the certificate must include information on the period for which it is valid.

The Contractor shall give the Authority or shall procure that the Authority is given not less than five 5 Working Days notice of its intention to issue any Certificate of Availability in respect of a Dwelling and the Authority shall have an opportunity to inspect such Dwelling.

An International Oil Pollution Certificate (1973) shall be issued, after survey in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 4 of this Annex, to any oil tanker of 150 tons gross tonnage and above and any other ships of 400 tons gross tonnage and above which are engaged in voyages to ports or off-shore terminals under the jurisdiction of other Parties to the Convention. In the case of existing ships this requirement shall apply twelve months after the date of entry into force of the present Convention.
Issue of Certificate. 9.01 The Pledgor undertakes to promptly and in any event not later than 10 days from the execution of the present Agreement procure the delivery to the Security Agent of certificates in the form set out in the Appendix hereto, signed by the Secretary of NOC, confirming the endorsement in the Registry of Members of NOC of the security hereby constituted.
