ISSUE OF TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTES. (1) Subject to Subclause 3(2), following receipt of the applicable Final Terms signed by the relevant Issuer with respect of an issue of Notes in accordance with the provisions of the Procedures Memorandum set out in Appendix D hereto (as from time to time varied, with the prior approval of the Agent, by the relevant Issuer and the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers of the Notes of such issue), the Agent will take the steps required of the Agent in the Procedures Memorandum.
