Item Price. N/A § 4.5 Contractor shall pay all taxes, levies, duties and assessments of every nature, which may be applicable to any Work under this Contract. The Contract Sum and any agreed variations thereof shall include all taxes imposed by law. Contractor shall make any and all payroll deductions required by law. Contractor herein indemnifies and holds Owner harmless from any liability on account of any and all such taxes, levies, duties, assessments and deductions.
