Janitorial and Cleaning Services. Operator shall develop, establish and follow a janitorial and cleaning program sufficient to keep the DPAC Real Property in compliance with the Operating Standards.
Janitorial and Cleaning Services. Concessionaire shall provide at its expense such janitor, toilet, and cleaning services and supplies as may be necessary or required in the operation and maintenance of its Assigned Area. Concessionaire also agrees to keep and maintain the interior of its Assigned Area in a clean, neat and sanitary condition, and attractive in appearance, at its sole cost and expense.

LESSOR shall provide janitorial and cleaning services, at its expense, for the Leased Premises, and LESSEE shall conduct its operations on the Leased Premises so as to keep the same in a clean and neat condition at all times. LESSOR may repaint the interior of the Substation building when it deems it necessary.

The Contractor will provide professional thorough JANITORIAL & CLEANING SERVICES at the various City Public Safety (PS) Buildings in accordance with Appendix A – Cleaning Standards, Project Task Schedule, Task Frequency and Cleaning Schedules (Schedules A – F). The janitorial and cleaning services shall include, but is not limited to, the following: • Provision of all qualified labour, materials and equipment • Provision of all supplies; unless noted that the City will provide these at the location identified • The Daily Report Log shall be signed and dated by each of the Contractor’s personnel which is kept in a log book on-site • Provision of all supervision of Contractor’s employees to ensure the highest level of service is provided in accordance with the specifications and task schedule, and as determined by the City

Operator also agrees to keep and maintain the interior and exterior of its Operations Areas in a clean, neat and sanitary condition, and attractive in appearance, at its sole cost and expense.
Janitorial and Cleaning Services. The Concessionaire will provide, at its own expense, the day-to-day janitorial and cleaning services and supplies necessary to maintain the Premises and the Ready-Return Spaces except for those services provided by the State under Article XII (State Services) herein. The Concessionaire will keep the Premises and the Ready-Return Spaces in a safe, clean, orderly, and inviting condition at all times, satisfactory to the State.
Janitorial and Cleaning Services. In and about the Premises and the common areas of the Building on a daily basis, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays excepted. 2. Heating and Air Conditioning - To provide a temperature required, in Landlord's reasonable judgment and consistent with the operation of a first class office building, for comfortable occupancy of the Premises under normal business operations, from 8:00 A. M. to 6:00 P. M. Monday through Friday, Saturdays 8:00 A. M. to 2:00 P.M., Sundays and major holidays excepted. If the use of excessive heat-generating equipment by the Tenant in the Premises affects the temperatures otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system for normal business operations, and thereby requires in the reasonable judgment of Landlord the modification of the air conditioning system, including installation of supplementary air conditioning units or diffusers in the Premises, Landlord reserves the right to perform such modification; and all of the cost thereof shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord at the time of completion of such modification. 3. Water - Water for drinking, lavatory, and toilet purposes in the common areas. 4. Elevator Service - Twenty-four (24) hour automatic passenger elevator service in common with other tenants. All freight elevator service shall be subject to reasonable scheduling by the Landlord after prior notice to Landlord by Tenant. 5. Window Washing - Window washing of all windows in the Premises both inside and out, weather permitting, at intervals to be reasonably determined by Landlord. 6. Parking - Reasonable, safe and adequate outdoor parking facilities for the joint use of all tenants, on a first-come, first-serve basis. 7. Landscaping - Landscaping of common areas and interior plantings. 8. Lighting - Lighting of the parking lot and common areas during appropriate hours depending upon seasons of the year. 9.
Janitorial and Cleaning Services. Landlord will furnish the Premises with restroom supplies, window washing with reasonable frequency and cleaning service on weekdays (excluding holidays and weekends) as set forth on Exhibit D ("Janitorial Services").
