The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to be employed, as President and Chief Executive Officer (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) may specify from time to time), reporting to the Board and will have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such title.
