JOBSITE CONDITIONS. The Employer shall furnish adequate storage facilities for employees' tools, and also suitable facilities for employees to store their clothing and eat their lunch.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. 36.01 Employees shall be entitled to exclusive use of clean and heated facilities for the eating of lunches, the hanging and drying of clothes and the safe storage and lockup of personal tools. The rallying point of the job shall be located not higher than the first floor of the building. 36.02 Fresh and adequate drinking water, paper cups, salt tablets and toilet facilities, flush or other type, shall also be made available by prearrangement with the General or the Customer. 36.03 A telephone shall be made available to all members at all times for incoming or outgoing emergency purposes and that incoming emergency messages shall be relayed immediately. 36.04 Employees shall be provided with adequate protection from resinous or toxic fumes when sealing the interior of ventilating systems. In the event of a dispute, Worksafe BC’s Regulations shall prevail. (a) If a pre job conference is deemed to be necessary, it will be held on the Lower Mainland. the final conclusion as to whether or not the pre job conference is necessary will be left to the Joint Conference Board. (b) The pre job conference shall clearly spell out initial travel to and from the job; living out allowance, if applicable; fares paid and time consumed travelling; provision for gassing; location of the camp relative to the job; and, the scheduled hours of work. The pre job conference will also set guidelines for any other unique provisions that are mutually agreed to. (c) The pre job conference must be held prior to the job tendering so that all bidding contractors are aware of the conditions.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. A. Existing Conditions: 1. Soil Conditions: Investigate the type of soil and conditions in which lines are to be installed and allow for same type of soil in the proposal. No extra payment will be allowed due to difficulty in trenching, unless approved by the Project Manager. 2. Temperature and humidity must be maintained within the manufacturer’s specifications during acclimation, installation, and after installation. Failure to maintain proper temperature and humidity may cause permanent damage to flooring. Customer shall be responsible for damage to flooring caused by Customer’s failure to maintain proper temperature and humidity for the flooring within the manufacturer’s specifications during acclimation, installation, and after installation.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS a. The building should be closed in with outside windows and doors in place. All concrete, masonry, sheetrock and framing members, etc. should be thoroughly dry before flooring is delivered to the job site. In warm months the building must be well ventilated; during winter months heating should be maintained near occupancy levels at least five days before the flooring is delivered and until sanding and finishing are complete. From the time flooring is delivered and until occupancy, temperature and humidity should be maintained by owner/contractor at or near occupancy levels. Humidity level of 40- 45% and temperature 70-75 degree. b. After occupancy, owner should continue to control the environment. c. Purchaser gives XXX Xxxxxxxx Design permission to display XXX Xxxxxxxx Design banner on the construction site fence for the duration of work described in this contract. The sign will be 2'x 3' and will contain XXX Xxxxxxxx Design address and contact information. d. A charge $70.00 per man hour will be charged if areas not cleared for work.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. If the conditions encountered at the Jobsite are (a) conditions materially different from those indicated in the Contract Documents; or (b) unusual or unknown conditions materially different from those ordinarily encountered or generally recognized as inherent in the Work provided for in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall stop Work in the affected area and give prompt notice of the condition to the Owner. The Contractor shall not be required to perform any Work relating to the unknown condition without the written mutual agreement of the Parties. Any change in the Contract Price or Contract Schedule shall be determined as outlined in the section herein titled Changes.

JOBSITE CONDITIONS. On large jobs, a building or space shall be provided for the assembly of all employees covered by this contract during lunch periods and before and after working hours when such employees are preparing for work or are preparing to leave the job at the close of the day. Heating facilities shall be provided during the cold and inclement weather. The Contractor will make every effort to insure that the necessary sanitary facilities are available to his employees on the job site. If no provisions are available for hand washing, the Contractor agrees to supply hand cleaner and towels on the job site.
JOBSITE CONDITIONS. Seller warrants that Seller and its employees are familiar with the Work, the Jobsite and its environs, the availability of and access to medical and emergency services, and physical and other conditions, including without limitation: hazardous substances, materials, agents or vapors, both surface and subsurface, which may exist at the Jobsite and the previous use of the Jobsite and all other matters in connection with or relevant to the safe, proper and efficient conduct of the Work to be performed under this Order. Seller further warrants that allowances have been made including but not limited to the appropriate qualifications of Seller's personnel and any and all such conditions and contingencies in its pricing.

On jobs of insufficient size or duration to warrant the foregoing conditions this clause shall not apply. Where the Employer claims "insufficient size or duration" and a disagreement arises, the resultant disagreement shall be adjudicated by a called meeting of the Joint Roofing Adjustment Board. 30.02 Fresh and adequate drinking water, paper cups, salt tablets and toilet facilities, flush or other type, shall also be made available, if necessary, by prearrangement with the General or the Customer. 30.03 A telephone(s) shall be made available to all employees at all time for incoming or outgoing emergency purposes, and incoming messages of an emergency nature shall be relayed immediately. No employee shall be permitted to use a cell phone or smart phone for personal purposes during working hours, excluding rest and meal breaks, except in the case of an emergency. Repeated violations of the foregoing shall constitute just cause for discipline, up to and including termination. 30.04 Employees shall be entitled up to five (5) days unpaid bereavement leave upon preapproval for a death in the immediate family.
