Common use of JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 14.1 The Parties shall establish a six (6) person Joint Administrative Committee (“JAC”). The JAC shall be comprised of three (3) representatives designated by the Developer and/or the Primary Contractor, and the following Union representatives: the Secretary-Treasurer of the Council, the Vice President for Basic Crafts, and the Vice President for Subcrafts, or their designees. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in her/his absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.

The This JAC shall be comprised of three one (31) representatives designated representative selected by the Developer and/or Board; one (1) representative of the Primary ContractorExecutive Director; one (1) representative of the Engineer; one (1) representative of the prime contractor, and the following Union representatives: the Secretary-Treasurer of the Council, the Vice President for Basic Crafts, and the Vice President for Subcrafts, or their designees. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in her/his absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.four

The This JAC shall be comprised of three one (31) representative selected by the Board; one (1) representative of the City Inspector of Public Works; one (1) representative of the City Engineer; one (1) representative of the prime contractor, and four (4) representatives designated of the signatory Unions to be appointed by the Developer and/or Trades Council, to be chaired jointly by a representative of the Primary Contractor, City Inspector of Public Works and the following Union representatives: the Secretary-Treasurer of the Council, the Vice President for Basic Crafts, and the Vice President for Subcrafts, or their designees. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in her/his absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreementor her absence.

The This JAC shall be comprised of three (3) representatives designated of the AUTHORITY to be appointed by the Developer and/or the Primary ContractorAUTHORITY, and the following Union representatives: the Secretary-Treasurer three (3) representatives of the Council, signatory Unions to be appointed by the Vice President for Basic Crafts, Council established to monitor compliance with the terms and the Vice President for Subcrafts, or their designeesconditions of this Agreement. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in her/his or her absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
