Joint and Severable Liability. (a) If the Entity is more than one entity, then the provisions of this agreement bind the entities that are the Entity jointly and severally.
Joint and Severable Liability. If the Operator is comprised of more than one individual, corporation or other entity, each of the entities comprising the Operator shall be jointly and severally liable.

In the event of the death, bankruptcy, winding‐up or dissolution of any one or more of such persons, then (but without prejudice to the above or our rights in respect of such person and his successors) the obligations and rights of all other such persons under this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
